We’ll provide you with a variety of qualified candidates to choose from, and once you have decided who you want to hire, we’ll take care of the work involved to get them onboarded on your team. We’ll also manage the time reporting, payment and invoicing processes so you can focus on getting your work done.

For in-demand skill sets (cloud, full-stack, cybersecurity) we usually deliver a short-list within 2–3 business days. Highly specialized needs may take up to a week.

Most assignments run 3–12 months, but we support shorter sprints and multi-year projects. Extensions or conversions to full-time are easy to arrange.

There are no up-front fees. You pay an all-inclusive hourly bill rate that covers the contractor’s pay, statutory costs, and Procom’s margin—fully itemized so you see exactly where every dollar goes.

We offer replacement guarantees. If a contractor leaves or under-performs within the guarantee window, we provide a qualified replacement at no additional charge.
